There's no long lease. Rooms are week to week. Stay as long as you like, and give two weeks' notice when you're ready to leave.
Two to four other working adults, each with their own private room. Most members work in healthcare, hospitality, logistics and the trades. Every member passes the same background check.
Yes. Day guests are fine, and overnight guests can stay up to two nights a week with a heads-up to the house. Guests can't move in.
Some houses are pet friendly. Use the Pet friendly filter on the map, and we'll confirm the details when you request a room.
Often within the week. Once you request a room, we text you within one business day. After your ID and background check clear, you can move in as soon as the room's available date.
Weekly, from your phone, by debit card or bank transfer. Your first week is due on move-in day. There's no security deposit.

We look at income and a background check, not just credit. Steady income of about twice your monthly rent is usually enough.
