Pick a room on the map.
Every open room is on the map with its real weekly price and the day it's free. Filter by budget, bathroom and what matters to you, like parking or pets. Each room page shows photos, the house, and who you'd be living with.

Apply in five minutes.
Send a request with your name, phone and move-in date. We text you within one business day to confirm the room and set up a quick background check. Bring a photo ID. There's no fee to request.

Move in.
Your room has a bed, dresser and desk. Wi‑Fi, power and water are on. Pay weekly from your phone. If your plans change, give two weeks' notice.
What you pay
One weekly price. Nothing else.
Your weekly price covers the room, furniture, Wi‑Fi, electricity, water and cleaning of shared spaces. There's no security deposit and no fee to request a room. Payments are weekly, from your phone.
